Ashley Carrigan, PhD Candidate, BCBA
CEO / Founder
Ashley Carrigan has extensive experience working with individuals (birth to adults) diagnosed with a wide range of developmental and mental disorders in early intervention, educational, and clinical settings. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and International Behavior Analyst (IBA) at the masters-level, and is currently completing her dissertation research towards a PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Ashley has 12+ years of experience in the field of behavior analysis working in various sectors (i.e., clinic, early intervention nonprofits, charter school), and has grown a skill set of subspecialities in areas such as parent training/education, BACB Supervision, School/IEP consulting, OBM and direct intervention services targeting behavior reduction and skill development across the lifespan. She has also served in leadership roles implementing formal clinical, training, and organization-wide programs as well as holding board member positions. Currently, she is a Co-Vice President of Membership & Finance for Georgia Board Association for Behavior Analysis.

Ashley is passionate about spreading the science of Applied Behavior Analysis to other fields and using the science to improve skill development, business structure, and individual behavior in homes, schools and communities.
Currently, Ashley is employed at Achievements ABA Therapy where she serves primarily as the Director of Clinical Training & Development, Site Supervisor for their fieldwork supervision program, while also providing BCBA supervision to clients diagnosed with autism and other related disorders. She also works as an adjunct professor part-time teaching behavior analysis online. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, reading, serving as a Co-Troop leader/Treasurer of her daughter's girl scout troop and spending time with her husband and three children.

Christian Malone, M.Ed., RBT
Behavior Consultant
Christian Malone has been working with kids and adults with autism for 9 years. She has worked as a paraprofessional, behavior specialist and a special education teacher. Currently, Christian is prepping to sit for her board examination to become a BCBA and plans to continue working with the adult population. She enjoys working with individuals with autism and helping them achieve daily social goals. Her passion is helping people, interacting with people, including making their clients happy. In her personal time, she enjoys reading, researching, and traveling.
